About weather conditions
The activities offered by Seven Winds —wingfoil, windsurfing—are inherently closely linked to weather conditions, particularly wind.
We do our utmost to adapt sessions as best we can, taking into account weather forecasts, skill levels, and individual expectations. Our goal is to offer you a high-quality experience, in complete safety.
However, the weather remains a factor that we cannot control. The wind may be stronger or weaker than expected, or the conditions may not be exactly what you hoped for.
In these cases :
If conditions render the activity dangerous or impossible, the session will be postponed or refunded.
If the activity can be carried out safely, but the conditions do not meet your personal expectations (wind too weak to progress quickly, too strong to be comfortable, etc.), no refund or reduction can be offered.
These uncertainties are also part of the learning process and the pleasure of water sports.
Insurance
You must have civil liability insurance for the water sport you wish to book (wingfoil or windsurfing).
In France, in most cases, this cover is already included in our comprehensive home insurance. We invite you to check that this type of activity is covered and to confirm this with us.
If this is not the case, it is possible to take out additional insurance, in particular by obtaining a licence. Please do not hesitate to contact us : we will be happy to assist you with this process.
Equipment rental
Equipment rental may be offered to people who :
Can demonstrate a sufficient level of autonomy
In favorable weather conditions, as assessed by Seven Winds
Seven Winds reserves the right to refuse rental if safety conditions are not met.
The rented equipment remains the responsibility of the customer for the entire duration of the rental. In the event of breakage, loss, or theft, the equipment may be billed to the customer at its actual value.
Image rights
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for educational or promotional purposes (social media, website, advertising materials).
Customers may refuse the use of their image by explicitly notifying Seven Winds in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or the form on the website).

Services are provided in French and English.
