Whether you are new to wingfoiling and want to give it a try for the first time, or you already know how to wingfoil and want to work on a specific skill, Mistral is the perfect offer for you : a 2.5-hour session in a group of up to 4 students.

If you're a motivated beginner and want to progress as quickly as possible so you can continue renting equipment or invest in your own gear, go for the Tram' offer, which will allow you to get your first flights under your belt with 3 sessions, including one in a towed foil if you wish. The 3 sessions can be taken over 3 consecutive half-days or whenever you want during the season.

If you are already familiar with or practise board sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or surfing, you may be tempted by the Marin offer : two lessons and a two-hour rental.

Is it easier for you to get away in the evening ? From May to August, Seven Winds offers after-work sessions. A 90-minute lesson to end the day on a high note !

In the morning, on the Ponant lake, you can enjoy a 1.5 to 2.5-hour towed foil session, depending on the number of participants (2 to 4), including 30 minutes of actual practice for each person.
