It is adapted to the activity in question, regulations, the level and expectations of the trainee, and weather conditions (wind strength, water conditions, air and water temperature). If it is not possible to reschedule, a <strong data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2470\">full refund<\/strong> will be issued.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2485\"><strong data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2234\">Injury during a session<\/strong>\u00a0:<br \/>In the event of injury during a session, the amount of the session will be retained by Seven Winds. The minimum age may then be reduced to 7 years old, at the discretion of Seven Winds.<\/li><li data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2861\">Participants must be able to <strong data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"2776\">swim<\/strong>, be <strong data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2814\">in good physical condition<\/strong> and meet the criteria of the <strong data-start=\"2843\" data-end=\"2860\">French \"Pass Nautique\"<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2984\">For <strong data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2884\">minors<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2916\">parental authorisation<\/strong> is required. Our goal is to offer you a <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"558\">high-quality experience<\/strong>, in complete safety.<\/p><p data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"795\">However, the weather remains a factor that we cannot control.
